Anna Sabadini Artist Biography

Lives and works in Albany, Western Australia.

Western Australian based artist, Anna Sabadini completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctorate of Creative Arts from Curtin University of Technology. She has been exhibiting as part of both group and solo exhibitions since 1995 and has shown her work in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.

Anna Sabadini's expressive oil paintings reflect the ideas of home filtered through intimacy and distance. Her sites of observation are divided between the interior of the home, and the exterior landscape, cross referencing one another reinforcing the notion of home as place. 

Sabadini has been a finalist in numerous art prizes. Her work can be found in both public and private collections around Australia.
